MAMUTEC LIMITED aims to provide fresh and seasonal vegetables to the local community. Located in the vibrant Auckland region, Their team is expecting great success. They are currently seeking 2 motivated individuals to join their team as Vegetable Farm Workers at their thriving agricultural operation.

The jobis a full time permanent position with guaranted 30 hours/ work per week.
Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest a variety of vegetables according to farm guidelines and schedules.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment such as tractors, tillers, and irrigation systems.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests and diseases, and apply appropriate treatments.
- Weed, thin, and prune crops as necessary to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Assist with irrigation, fertilization, and other farming tasks to maintain crop health.
- Sort, grade, and pack harvested vegetables for sale or distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and farm equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Job Responsibilities
- Previous experience in vegetable farming or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of farming techniques, tools, and machinery is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
