An exciting opportunity has become available here at NRG Riverside Front-Line Team – and we want YOU!
We are looking for an experienced HGV Driver to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for the service and repair of a wide variety of vehicles. Specialist training will be provided where needed, to develop your existing skills to support our specialist assets.

• The role holder will be responsible for the delivery and collection of HGV vehicles
• Completion of rental related paperwork where necessary
• Valeting of HGV vehicles
• Inspections of vehicles for damage
• Help to keep the depot clean and tidy
• Take workshop vehicles to HGV testing station
• D&C customer vehicles for the workshop
• Collect parts for the workshop when required
• Flexible hours catering for the needs of the business
• Communication skills
• Preparation of vehicles for hire
• Willing to work overtime as and when required
• Daily checks on runner vehicles and recorded
• Excellent customer communication skills
• To take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and to take reasonable care not to put other people – fellow employees, members of the public – at risk by what you do or don’t do in the course of your work
