Vehicle Handling Designer

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a designer passionate about vehicles to join our core development team. You will be working within our vehicle team, doing r&d and supporting various projects across the studio. You will be working closely with specialist programmers, artists and producers to champion vehicle design and communicate clearly and effectively to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about vehicle design with good knowledge of vehicle dynamics and set up.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication
• understanding of car setup and the ability to communicate vehicle behaviors
• Passion for vehicle handling and design
• Experience working on briefs and delivery design concepts
• Understanding of vehicle physics
• Knowledge of vehicles
• Experience working on a title with vehicle physics.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Multiple title experience working on vehicle design.

• Implement new, high quality handling features
• Support of projects in development by setting up new vehicles
• Technical Improvements where needed
• Supporting projects across the studio in vehicle design
• Be a key member of the vehicle team, working alongside our programmers and Artists
• Develop highly satisfying and engaging vehicle handling
• Working on design briefs to support studio projects
• Be the go to person across the studio for Vehicle design
