Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning individual who enjoys working outdoors to join our Operations team at our branch in Newcastle, 2290. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm!
In this hands-on role, your key responsibilities would include:
- Booking in a range of damaged motor vehicles by taking photos, entering make/model descriptions and details onto our user-friendly auction system via iPad
- Locate, move, (using a forklift), damaged motor vehicles and record the movements of all vehicles
- Conduct daily prestart forklift checks, basic maintenance checks, and complete forklift logbooks to ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner.
- Load/unload trucks of vehicles efficiently to ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe work environment and following all WHS policies and procedures
