Your team and your responsibilities:
TEAM DESCRIPTION
Supply Vehicles to the Market On-Time, in the Shortest Lead-time, with Zero Accidents and Zero Damage, minimising Cost and Environmental Impact.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse monthly demand vs. capacity of finished vehicle logistics flows
- Plan, communicate and align on monthly logistics flows in agreement with supplier and customer Hubs
- Follow up daily operations, detect deviation vs. plan, identify rootcauses and implement recovery plans and countermeasures
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly actual performance and Hub stock profile
- Analyse, visualise and report to Management performance issues and proposed countermeasure plans
- Coordinate performance reviews with relevant Logistics Service Providersand follow up on countermeasure implementation
- Propose and implement new and better ways to manage logistics flows (planning, operations control, reporting methodology, automation, …)
- Support Network Team in business case identification and studies for new logistics flows.

Your Profile:
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
- You have experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics
- You have a minimum of two years planning and operations monitoring of trucking, rail or vessel transportation modes in the automotive sector or in an industrial mass production environment
- You are familiar with Office365 tools and able to automate processes and reports with use of PowerAutomate and PowerBI
- You are at ease in teamwork and smoothly communicate with Stakeholders
- You are self-starter are confidently work in a self-reliant way
- You challenge status quo and are driven by qualitative results
- You are flexible to travel and have a valid driving license for Europe
