REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you must have a background as a technician / mechanic with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. You will be required to hold a lvl 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and will have a demonstrable history of carrying out a high level of work.

INITIAL 3 MONTH TEMP ROLE WITH VIEW TO BECOMING PERMANENT AFTER SUCCESSFUL PROBATION
We have an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of one of RAC’s best-known clients in the motor industry. The client, based in the Glasgow area, is renowned in the second hand and car auctioning sector and are currently looking for an experienced technician to join their team.
ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to work for the RAC in Glasgow. Within this role, you will be an on-site technician, tasked with carrying out the diagnosis and mechanical repair of used vehicles. You will work on a wide range of vehicles from all manufacturers, ensuring a high degree of workmanship on all repairs.
- Diagnosing issues with vehicles
- Carrying out mechanical repair work
- Working on vehicles on a range of different light vehicles
- Ensuring a high degree of accuracy and workmanship on all repairs
