Job Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Aberdeen
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: On Target Earning £45,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday in every 4
Our client, an independent dealer group with a network of 61 dealership sites across the UK and Channel Islands, is looking for a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their team.
As a Vehicle Technician, your primary goal is to set the standard for exceptional customer care.
You will provide technical expertise, conduct vehicle inspections, diagnose issues, and perform maintenance and repair work in accordance with our client’s approved technical procedures, ensuring vehicles are in optimal working condition.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full qualification: City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 (candidates must provide relevant certificates).
  • Proficiency in managing processes, administration, and paperwork.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to support, coach, counsel, and develop colleagues and junior team members.
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • Evidence of the ‘Right to work in the UK.’

  • Deliver top-tier technical advice, service, and maintenance to all customers.
  • Adhere to relevant protocols dictated by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers always.
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely records and encourage colleagues to do the same.

  • Ensure the efficient use of resources in delivering all services.
