QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Software development/consulting/implementation, preferably in corporate performance management solutions.
- Strong understanding of features, functionalities, capabilities, configuration, and customization of Vena Software.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations
- Experience with database concepts and expertise in MS Excel.
- Confidence speaking and presenting information in collaborative customer settings.
- Ability to understand and communicate fluently in English.
- High motivation for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions.
- Ability to travel for short trips frequently to customer facilities when needed.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client.
- You will create documentation and participate in project meetings.
- You will be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of Vena.
- Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead.
- Design innovative solutions customized for the client’s specific needs using always the best practices available.
- Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training.
- Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure we are delivering a tailored solution meeting the client’s specifications.
- Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships, providing the support needed, online or in-person at every step of the process.
