Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Vendor Relations Manager, you will be a partner to operations to implement, monitor, analyze, and manage all vendor-related projects including our vendor verification system (VIVE). This position will be the liaison between our brand and all vendors who work with FirstService Residential and our clients. This position will work closely with all vendors, community management, accounting, and training on all vendor registration and compliance.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalency required. Associates or Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.
- 3+ years purchasing experience, vendor relations, or project management.
- Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft platforms, software, excel, and other internet applications

Compensation: $70000 - $80000
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and maintain vendor database for all East markets
- Become a contact for vendors on registration and compliance with VIVE
- Influence and support community management to ensure a positive experience and compliance for VIVE
- Assist community management with sourcing new and better vendors for key service areas
- Create a preferred vendor database and assist with vendor support of company functions
- Administer the VIVE Program including managing the database, assisting with setting up new vendors, training managers, tracking activity, providing reporting, and assisting with compliance. Lead the rollout of current vendors to VIVE.
- Ensure all vendors meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Build and manage a set of Standard Operating Procedures for the vendor management system
- Prepare reports on vendor management system by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Administering the furniture sales program
- Assisting with other vendor-related opportunities
- Oversee new vendor AP associates
