We’re looking for a proactive, organized individual with exceptional multi-tasking skills and a customer-focused mindset to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Recruiting and incorporating new external linguists for all languages.
Negotiating rates and work conditions for external linguists.
Monitoring the linguistic quality of the external linguists, reporting problems and proposing solutions along with other areas.
Assisting the Project Management Office with project assignments.
Replying to freelancers’ requests via email.
Assisting the Vendor Manager with daily tasks on Redmine or other requests.
Organizing the permalancers’ schedules.
Assisting freelancers.

Requisitos
Previous experience in Vendor Management or Recruitment in the Translation Industry.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent English proficiency.
Strong multitasking skills.
Intermediate proficiency of Excel.
Basic proficiency in LinkedIn.
Full time availability.
