Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Venture Lead will have primary responsibility for growing a new Venture with a differentiated product offering or business model within the SC Ventures ecosystem. Your job is a mixture of handling strategic challenges and dealing with hands-on tasks. You need to consider the bigger picture and be responsible for establishing the core team and the resources that are needed to succeed in developing a business ready for market.
As the venture expands, you will pivot from performing multifaceted duties into more of a leadership role. Your primary goal is to convey the vision and facilitate the venture’s progress by defining the overall strategy from launch to independence and beyond.
You will work closely with the SCV Leadership Team, Venture Board, SCV Function Teams and wider bank COEs to execute and consult as required.
