Bribie Island Hotel is a renowned local venue offering a wide range of services and amenities. With 17 rooms for accommodation, a 350-seater bistro, a 250-seater garden area, a gaming room, a sports bar, and live entertainment, our hotel is a bustling hub of activity and hospitality.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to lead and orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a large-capacity environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of Venue Management experience
  • Experience working in an Food & Beverage - Entertainment focused venue
  • Experience
  • Previous experience working with RMS systems desirable
  • Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
  • P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials
  • Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Write and control an effective roster
  • Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
  • Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area
  • RLMV, Approved Managers License, Gaming Nominee & CLO are a must
