Melbourne’s one stop sourdough crumpet shop in Carlton North is looking for a Venue Manager for our wholesale kitchen and foodstore.
We are a women owned and operated business that is queer, BIPOC friendly.

The role:

• Mon-Fri Full Time hours
• Pastry/baking/chef experience is preferred
• A similar position in a managerial role will be highly favoured
• Hard working attitude
• The ability to work autonomously
• Great communication skills

In this role you will be responsible for the quality control of our crumpets, training and managing staff across the production and FOH roles, stock ordering and stocktake, communicating with our current list of stockists, and onboarding new venues that want to supply our products amongst other general managerial duties.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
