Introducing the newest Venue for ALH in the Northern Territory! This is the first ALH Venue in the NT to also have accomodation. Located in the heart of Darwins CBD, Receiving a Certificate of Excellence on Trip Advisor & currently ranked #7 out of almost 300 restaurants in Darwin, The Cav is renowned for its consistently impressive food and fantastic team. We are looking for our next Venue Manager to come onboard and be a part of The Cavenagh from opening.
Responsibilities:
- Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
- Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
