Job Description: As the Hospital Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your leadership will ensure smooth functioning and exceptional care delivery, maintaining our high standards of service. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Animal Health or a Senior Certificate with Maths and Science as subjects.
- Prior experience in veterinary practice management or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
