JOB INFO:

• Shift 1: 5 days/week, 6am - 3pm
• Shift 2: 4 days/week, 9am - 9pm
• Shift 3: 5 days/week, 4pm - 2am (with shift allowance)
• Can choose either 1 shift
• Location: Central

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Respond to incoming phone calls
• Demonstrate a passion for working with animals
• Offer frontline customer service, manage counter registrations, and schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate records and manage appointment bookings
• Perform basic administrative tasks
• Place stock orders
• Handle payment collection, prepare, and dispense medications
• Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties
