We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Fullstack Engineer with a strong background in web development to join us and help us take our platform to a new level.

COMPETENCE AND SKILLS

• Higher education (3-5 y equivalent to a Bachelor/Master)
• Proven significant software experience, including 5+ years of experience in web product development (ideally, a SaaS product)
• Deep understanding of modern web applications, frameworks and concepts, patterns, security, performance
• Understand the right balance between code readability, simplicity, development speed, performance and maintainability
• Extensive experience in backend development using Java-based stack
• Solid experience in frontend development (ideally, React)
• Experience working with cloud environments and related technologies

• Continuously shape our application architecture and make it ready to scale
• Take a hands-on role in influencing and guiding day-to-day development activities by writing high-quality code and doing code reviews
• Take ownership of features, from planning and implementing, to shipping and optimising
• Take ownership of the security, scalability and stability of the code base. Establish technical standards and coach others
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, to develop the best possible experience for our users
• Troubleshoot, support and maintain existing applications
