In western Canada, Gallagher has a thriving Talent Management consulting practice with offices in Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton. Our practices include Search Solutions, Leadership Assessment & Development and Career Transition.

Reporting the Area Executive President – Western Region, the VP Business Development, will take ownership of growing the Talent Management practice through developing new client relationships and driving business. You will have the opportunity to build your own book of business and gain market share, while delivering an exceptional client experience. Much of the directive will be achieved through using existing personal networks, hunting for new connections and establishing sustainable client relationships.

  • Build clientele who recognize you as a trusted business advisor
  • Leverage your experience across a variety of projects to develop comprehensive solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations
  • Apply a consultative approach to help build awareness of the Gallagher suite of talent management services and position the firm for growth
