Ignite Innovation as our new Vice President of Engineering!
Are you ready to translate our dreams to provide Roadside Assistance in Space into reality?
We’re searching for a visionary Vice President of Engineering to join our Executive team reporting to the CEO, leading the charge designing and building our revolutionary Orbital Servicing Vehicles (OSVs).

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Develop and execute the company’s engineering strategy, aligning with our overall vision to provide on-orbit servicing and security solutions for customers.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of our space technology products and services.
  • Ensure that all engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and business development, to drive product innovation and improve processes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the space industry, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers in the space industry.
  • Manage the engineering budget, allocating resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the aerospace industry.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent, building a world-class team of space technology experts.
