We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Global Asset Safety team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom and will work HYBRID schedule.

Provide oversight and management of a range of UK CASS regulatory and governance deliverables, including the annual CASS Audit and development of asset safety training and policies
Produce detailed technical interpretation and guidance documents on the application of client asset safety regulations
Acting as client asset safety SME within breach lifecycle and change management framework, collaborating with other functions of the business to assess change impact and develop risk mitigation strategies
Lead, manage, motivate, and coach a team, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills working with a wide range of 1/2/3 Line stakeholders
Contributes to a high performance team ethos and fosters an inclusive work environment; supporting the vison/values/business strategy for the team
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Required:
Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ working experience in the financial services sector
Experience of managing a small and growing team
Experience of working with a range of functional stakeholders, including senior management rolesStrong understanding and working knowledge of the UK CASS requirements applicable to a global custody bank
