  • Responsible for developing and implementing effective healthcare strategies to optimize clinical resource allocation, ensuring cost efficiency, and achieving profitability targets.
  • Establishes and oversees healthcare policies, controls, and governance frameworks for operational processes to uphold accountability, safety standards, and enhance patient care quality.
  • Drives the implementation of international healthcare quality standards across business units, analyzes healthcare data to identify trends, and promotes evidence-based best practices in medical service delivery.
  • Fosters a healthcare culture of continuous improvement, leading change through communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Provides strategic oversight and guidance to healthcare network business units to ensure comprehensive and high-quality healthcare service delivery..

Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, this position collaborates closely with diverse stakeholders to offer elevated operational assistance in the formulation and implementation of the group’s Healthcare strategic plan for the growth and administration of the organization’s array of hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Asia

requirements

  • The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations Management, supplemented by a nursing or relevant medical qualification. With a minimum of 10 years’ experience in acute hospital settings, the candidate should bring expertise to the role.
  • The candidate should have experience at the healthcare unit manager or department level, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of hospital operations. International exposure and familiarity with Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation are considered advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in report writing and data analysis, are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills further complement the candidate’s qualifications. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to travel frequently and maintain a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the position.
