Description:

Reporting to Senior Vice President, Human Resources, you will play a key role in driving the company’s human capital strategy and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation. You will work closely with senior leadership to attract, develop and retain talents while ensuring alignment with the company’s values and objectives. You will lead the HR function with a focus on HR Operations, Workforce Planning and Training and Development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in senior HR leadership roles with HR Generalist / HR Operations / Workforce Planning / Training and Development expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, with a strong ability to influence decisions.
  • Demonstrate leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to drive insights and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives and promote employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with senior management on strategic workforce planning, succession planning and talent development programs.
  • Lead the HR team in full spectrum of talent acquisition, including recruitment & selection and on-boarding processes.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews and career development.
  • Lead compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, employee benefits, rewards and incentive structures.
  • Drive training and development strategies and programs.
  • Create and drive a workplace culture that values and respects diversity, fosters belongings and promotes equal opportunities for all employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues and serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Lead the HR operations and governance, including payroll, claims and benefits administration, human resource audit, reporting and statutory surveys.Lead HR analytics and reporting efforts, to track key HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership on workforce trends and employee engagement levels.
