YOUR ROLE
As our VP People you lead a global team of Business Partners, Talent Acquisiton, People Operations and Office Managers on 4 continents. This position is ideal if you are looking for a high paced environment with outsized exposure to top management. You will define and optimize our workforce organization, shape our people strategy, work with your team on impactful initiatives and global HR processes and projects to ensure a high performing team. The People’s team will benefit from your structured leadership and you will take the company to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and driving the people strategy of Razor Group
- Refine and strengthen our employer brand internally and externally
- Define and implement a holistic talent strategy from hiring through development paths, performance reviews, promotion processes to succession planning
- Enable data-driven decisions and track results of day to day operations, projects and key people metrics by meaningful KPI
- Manage HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws across the different locations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our C-level on global HR priorities, including performance management, talent development, employee engagement, etc.
- Build, develop, and mentor the global people team
To succeed in this role you:
- Have a Master’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, law or equivalent in a related field.
- Bring 6+ years of progressive Human Resources management experience, of which at least 3+ years are in a managerial role and includes providing advise to senior management/executives
- Have demonstrated the ability to deliver HR solutions within a fast-paced and exacting operational context.
- Have the ability to build, lead, and develop a Human Resources team and to collaborate across the corporate functions and partner with individuals across different geographies.
- Are experienced in working in a culturally and geographically diverse businessenvironment
