Vice President - Infrastructure Equity

We have partnered with a European Infrastructure Equity fund who are hiring a Vice President in Frankfurt. You will work as part of the European investment team andinvest in sectors such as Energy transition, Digital infra and Sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA or BSc Degree from a leading University, preferably with CFA, ACA
• 7+ years in Investment Banking or Infrastructure investing
• Experience of the Northern European market
• Excellent attention to detail and and modelling capability
• Extensive experience in infrastructure, either on the buy side or investment banking

• Contribute to the sourcing efforts in Europe, through regular contacts with market participants and with potential investment targets
• Assist with the initial screening of investment opportunities
• Contribute to the deal strategy and negotiations, together with the senior management.
• Lead and own appropriate due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, legal, etc).
• Liaise and work with external advisors whenever necessary
• Where applicable, act as a board member for investee companies
