The Vice President, Machine Learning Engineering will lead our efforts to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions that are scalable, efficient, and impactful. The successful candidate will be a key member of our technology leadership team, driving the strategic planning and execution of machine learning initiatives that support our business goals. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to enhance our capabilities in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project deployment
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large technical teams and cross-functional projects
• Extensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistical modeling, and data architecture
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools used in machine learning (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and adapt to changing business and technology landscapes

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s machine learning strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Build and manage a talented team of machine learning and data engineers
• Oversee the research, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms that solve complex problems and improve our products and services
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to integrate machine learning capabilities across the company
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our machine learning infrastructure and practices
• Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our machine learning systems
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality solutions
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the machine learning team
