We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, APAC Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager to join our Asia Pacific Marketing and Communications team. This role is located in Singapore – Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Identify and drive go-to-market opportunities in our targeted growth markets, including the creation of client engagement strategies through digital channels and in-person experiences.
Develop integrated marketing & communications strategies that bring BNY’s global perspective and thought leadership in a local manner to drive commercial outcomes.
Track, assess and report on program metrics and outcomes to quantify marketing impact.
Partner closely with regional and global business partners and colleagues to maximize impact delivered in a local manner, end-to-end execution of strategic client events, thought leadership, and brand development.
Strong program management and communication skills with colleagues and senior-level stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Exceptional track record of accountability, execution and collaboration, working across all marketing and communication functions to develop integrated plans that demonstrate our integrated contributions to the APAC region.
Proactively proposes improvements and solutions, identifying, championing and actively advancing the best ideas.
Responsible for the maintenance of Marketing budgets and expenses for the region

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

7+ years in B2B and B2C Marketing in a transformational environment, preferably from a Financial Institution or Financial Services company
A self-starter who is hands-on, curious, works with a sense of urgency and has a keen attention to detail
An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing samples will be requested)
Adaptable, agile and nimble to changes, with the ability to punch through ambiguity; experience working in matrixed environments a plus
Willingness to take calls outside work hours in collaboration with colleagues in the US and EMEA
Highly analytical mindset and able to use insights and metrics to inform and adapt marketing programs
Prior experience with Marketing software tools including Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Seismic would be an advantage
