Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience developing strategic marketing campaigns, collateral and communications.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and editing engaging and persuasive content in multiple formats for various audiences.
  • Experience and capability to expand our capabilities in product marketing, market strategy and market research.
  • A value-driven mindset to demonstrate the value of our marketing strategy and key tactics.
  • Ability to demonstrate team leadership, while playing a “hands on” role in areas of critical importance.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically across diverse global markets optimize regional impact.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The VP of Global Marketing will possess a unique blend of business, financial, leadership and functional competencies and is accountable for the promotion and growth of the Workplace Option brand, awareness and reputation in the global market. This role is critical to the growth of Workplace Options market presence and reputation. The VP of Global Marketing works in partnership with other key functional roles such as Sales and Account Management and will be responsible for effectively deploying enterprise marketing resources to drive demonstrable results aimed at revenue growth, reputation, brand awareness and product positioning.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the VP of Global Marketing will be a critical partner for the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Revenue Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for initiation, management and oversight of Workplace Options projects and activities related to:

  • Creating an enterprise value position, brand story and narrative.
  • Enabling sales and account management (Global).
  • Building, Maintaining and Utilizing a thought leadership platform.
  • Leading the implementation of marketing campaigns – strategically/tactically – that meet business objectives and drive leads.
  • Driving B2B marketing including digital marketing and materials.
  • Marketing to and acquiring consumers on behalf of our clients and resellers.
  • Managing the WPO brand, reputation and public relations.
  • Designing and Maintaining our Web presence.
  • Leading internal and external communications.
  • Supporting client-specific marketing requirements.
  • Commercializing products and services from concept through go to market.
  • Expanding WPO’s capabilities in product marketing, market strategy and market research.

Beyond the areas of content expertise, the VP of Global Marketing will be provide overall leadership in the following areas:

  • Managing a diverse team of individuals, located in several markets around the globe, who have skills in line with the activities outlined above.
  • Working together with the leadership team to align marketing strategy, activity and resource assignment with organizational and departmental goals.
  • Developing a budget, allocating spending, measuring impact and ROI for the purpose of demonstrating advantageous use of enterprise resources.
