This position will be responsible for the availability, stability, and the enhancement of Billing, Clarity, Claims, DMS, and Policy.
Your initial focus will be on delivering our MVP implementation of the Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD) platform for a new line of business. This will include identifying additional capabilities with the business as well as the development of tools and processes to roll our existing book over. Our narrower focus on collector and exotic vehicles and member services will require solving complex, integrated business problems to provide the best experience to our staff and customers.

  • developing and implementing a holistic practice that measures and continuously improves the quality of the product at each step in its lifecycle - understanding that quality also includes everything leading up to the coding and everything that comes after.
  • Operate our products in a resilient and cost-effective manner by:
  • defining, measuring, monitoring and continuously improving a set of meaningful, rigorous, transparent SLAs for the product and alerts for when SLIs are breached.
