We offer 10 chef-created meal kit recipes each week, with options for many lifestyles and preferences including vegetarian and vegan.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of People and Culture to join our team. As VP of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead the talent acquisition, development, and HR functions, driving initiatives that support our growth objectives and ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract high-caliber candidates across all functions. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, support org design, streamline recruitment processes, and enhance candidate experiences.
  • Employee Development and Training:Implement programs and initiatives to support the professional growth and development of our employees. Identify training needs, design learning opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Performance Management and Succession Planning: Lead the performance management systems to effectively evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements. Collaborate with department heads to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Champion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with our core values. Implement strategies to boost employee morale, promote teamwork, and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee all HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
