QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sales experience in the Long Term Care Living Industry
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and leadership of sales teams
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multi-facility portfolios.
  • Solid knowledge of sales process design
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals through a dispersed sales team
  • Dynamic, energetic personality with the ability to motivate others
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and aptitude to quickly learn relevant programs

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and achieve sales plans in collaboration with Operations.
  • Collaborate with Regional Teams to coach and mentor Sales Leaders on achieving census and revenue goals.
  • Provide sales planning and formation of sales goals by location.
  • Ensure timely and consistent delivery of competitive analysis.
  • Take a hands-on approach to facility site visits with modeling of tours, sales calls, inquiries and follow up
  • Provide training to Sales Leaders related to lead generation & conversion, and sales processes/programs to further develop skill sets.
  • Support the Division President and Regional Director of Operations in managing all marketing efforts and service programming to meet the expected revenue achievement of the building on a monthly basis.
  • Foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, taking actions which assist others beyond job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
