Summary: We are looking for a candidate for Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team focused on driving revenue growth through expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new customer accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the logistics and postal optimization industries, a proven track record of strategic sales accomplishments, and seasoned leadership experience. You will be responsible for inspiring, motivating, and empowering our team to achieve peak performance. As the sales leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability and a high-performing sales culture enabled by continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of logistics industry dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a keen ability to build and nurture relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Partner with executive product line leadership to develop market penetration strategies focused on target market segments,
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to develop account plans to identify, qualify, and acquire new customers within the target segments, and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key customer decision-makers and influencers to position Enru as the preferred service partner.
  • Coach the sales team to lead the business from the front. Drive positive momentum and urgency.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Be responsible for using key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive visibility and problem solving to improve commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as necessary to align the commercial team with the back end of the business.
  • Provide input and insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sales activities, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
