The company currently serves over 70 health plans, acting as a mission-critical partner to these plans in enhancing overall care, engagement and satisfaction with plans’ members and providers. The company processes millions of claims and multiples of related structured and unstructured data elements within these claims annually. The company has also developed an innovative workflow technology platform, JetStreamTM, to help with traceability, governance and automation of claims operations for its clients.
Imagenet is headquartered in Tampa, operates 10 regional offices throughout the U.S. and has a wholly owned global delivery center in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting (30%)
  • Build sales pipeline by outreaching to targeted accounts
  • Follow-up on leads from marketing and other referrals
  • Selling (60%)
  • Position Imagenet’s value story strategically to meet customer needs
  • Negotiate strategic delivery of final solution and proposal with customers
  • Create a sense of urgency with both internal constituents and customers to accelerate deal velocity
  • Collaborating (10%)
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience for customers

Other Responsibilities

  • Augment, develop and execute aggressive sales strategies focused on acquisition of new customers and profitable growth
  • Build and maintain a strong, informed sales pipeline and prospects
  • Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities
  • Qualifies prospective leads and educates prospective clients on product, pricing and services
  • Creates a sense of urgency with both internal sales constituents and customer to accelerate deal velocity
  • Support sales organization transformation by taking a hands-on approach establishing and reenforcing multi-layered relationships with high priority target customers
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, implement solution-oriented selling methodologies
  • Builds strategic partnerships with channel partners and prospective customers to achieve profitable growth and cross-sell objectives for assigned business or customer segments, products and assigned geographies.
  • Participate in conferences within healthcare to drive brand and sales awareness

Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience:
  • 10+ Experience selling to health plans
  • Experience carrying and delivering against annual sales targets
  • 5+ years selling technology enable services
  • Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in healthcare across multiple solutions and quickly earn trust of business decision makers
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles at strategic level with capability to provide clear, balanced advice/counsel on a broad range of strategic and complex management, product and go to market issues
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed goals with results-oriented style, high degree of analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills including ability to inspire a team, build consensus, and rally members to achieve results
  • Highly organized and proficient at executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an open, honest, and direct communication style and ability to build relationships across an organization to accomplish goals
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Salesforce or other CRMs
