VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGY, INSIGHTS, AND ANALYTICS

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Vice President of Insights and Analytics (VP of SIA) to play a vital role in helping the team grow and maintain client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both brand and traditional and digital media Strategy, media measurement, and team management and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account management (and clients) in understanding and addressing key business challenges and proactively seek untapped opportunities that can make a difference in market performance/brand equity.
  • Participate in new business, particularly organic growth RB projects.
  • In partnership with an internal Brand Manager, meet with clients to identify key goals, objectives, audience, and effective media mix for clients’ marketing objectives.
  • Acquire in-depth industry knowledge, including key issues, competitive landscape, industry trends, and implications for our clients.
  • Remain up to date on changes to media channels and advertising trends. Understand the most effective strategies and when to pitch them to our clients.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across departments at the agency.
  • Develop thought leadership pieces.
  • Ensure use, adoption and learning of proprietary strategic tools.
  • Help move stakeholders to desired action through clear and persuasive delivery of information
  • Brief internal working teams for ideation, lead and steer brainstorms
  • Lead the development of client presentations and other important communication; delivering clear, compelling and persuasive communications to all stakeholders
  • Communicate through the lens of the consumer to address stakeholders’ concerns and perspectives
  • Apply insights and analytical skills to all campaigns.
  • Lead, manage, and hold the Strategy, Insights and Analytics team accountable to on-time deliverables.
