As the VP Product at EROAD, you’ll play a central role in building and nurturing world-class product teams across three dynamic markets within our thriving enterprise, offering ground breaking solutions in the dynamic realms of telematics and transport
This role entails the cultivation of product teams, active involvement in day-to-day operations, and the provision of strategic guidance for our long-term vision.
At EROAD, we’re committed to agile principles that keep us nimble and responsive. Our product development journey is structured into two integral phases: the learning loop and the build loop.

You’ll be actively involved in guiding cross-functional teams, with a primary focus on product prioritization, collaborative development and comprehensive communication

  • Lead a high-performing team, foster innovation, and ensure top-quality product delivery while demonstrating deep industry knowledge.
  • Develop and execute product strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead integrated planning, and maintain agility to drive EROAD’s industry leadership, subscription revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  • Focus on product delivery and profit innovation, utilizing ROI analysis and adaptable strategies to drive successful market launches and revenue growth while ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Lead customer-centric research, stay informed about industry trends, and enhance product management practices to drive innovation and ensure EROAD delivers value to its customers.

About you

  • Demonstrated success in high-growth global settings, making substantial contributions to organizational expansion at scale.
  • A proven track record in the North American market would be beneficial.
  • A seasoned enterprise expert with a successful track record in all phases of the sales cycle, excelling in building client relationships, aligning products with customer needs, and driving substantial revenue growth through effective strategies.
  • Extensive experience and a distinguished track record in product management leadership roles, showcasing the ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams in software and hardware development.
  • Ability to showcase tangible impact delivered throughout their career, highlighting their capacity to drive product success.
