Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President, Rehabilitation Services – Central Region, will lead the rehab operations organization in the province of Ontario for CBI Health. Working side-by-side with various teams within the organization, this individual will be accountable for delivering growth in our clinic-based business, through a relentless focus on the client and by developing an industry-leading operations team. This individual will be required to contribute to, and effectively execute, growth-oriented strategies that set the standard for community care. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the field operations team in Ontario to provide our clients with a best-in-class experience
  • Assemble and develop a strong, high-functioning team consistent with our team-value-proposition
  • Develop and execute the annual operational plan in collaboration with key stakeholders (including: Finance, Marketing, Clinical & Operational Excellence, Business Development, etc.)
  • Own and over-deliver the P&L for the region
  • Grow Business through provision of exceptional client experience and industry-leading execution
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of regional demographics, marketplace trends, and competitors across all service segments
  • Identify regional opportunities and share with key stakeholders, including senior management
  • Lead and champion change management initiatives; implementing new products, services, and systems
  • Partner with Human Resources, shared services and national business services in support of the sourcing, selecting, on-boarding, training, and mentoring of Area Directors, ensuring they have clarity of role, and alignment of performance goals and measures to strategic priorities
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability, collaborating with Clinical & Operational Excellence team to continuously improve service delivery models
  • Work as a trusted partner with corporate functions (Marketing, IT, Human Resources, Education/Clinical Training, Innovation) to achieve goals, objectives, and optimize excellence in experience for clients, team members, and partners, ensuring that regional expectations and commitments are maintained
  • Lead by example to ensure effective communication, consistent with CBI Health’s purpose, values and strategic priorities
