What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • A proven track record of delivering successful strategic acquisitions and business development outcomes;
  • An experienced leader in a commodity trading environment with a proven track record of building and leading high performance team

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the UK company’s acquisition and business development activities;
  • Responsibility for the UK’s annual strategic review process and its alignment with the Company’s business planning and budgeting processes;
  • Working closely with the Board and UK and Group Executive Committees to ensure the execution and success of the Company’s expansion strategy;
  • Support the UK CEO’s wider organisational objectives.
