QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK IN YOU!Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Experience in FMCG operations management. Minimum years of progressive experience in global supply chain planning, demand planning, market-based planning, or related roles, preferably in complex, multinational organizations.
• A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading global supply chain planning transformations and driving operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Expert knowledge of supply chain planning methodologies, advanced demand forecasting techniques, market dynamics, and inventory optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, market trends, and consumer insights to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders and drive change at a global level.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage clients, lead through uncertainty, and effectively manage risks.
• Proficiency in advanced supply chain planning software, analytics tools, ERP systems, and emerging technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute the global supply chain planning strategy aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Champion innovation and leverage emerging technologies to transform supply chain planning processes.
• Develop and implement advanced demand planning processes and methodologies to accurately forecast customer demand globally.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align demand forecasts with market dynamics, business strategies, and consumer trends.
• Implement predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to enhance demand sensing capabilities and enable proactive decision-making based on market insights.
• Develop and implement global inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve working capital efficiency.
• Utilize advanced analytics and statistical modeling techniques to improve demand-supply synchronization and minimize stockouts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive supplier performance improvement and mitigate supply chain risks globally.
• Identify and leverage advanced technology solutions, such as artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, and blockchain, to enhance supply chain planning capabilities and drive end-to-end digital transformation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate and implement supply chain planning systems, advanced analytics platforms, and IoT-enabled supply chain solutions.
