Description:
VP TALENT ACQUISITION
- Managing all aspects of the Talent Acquisition function

Aegis Therapies is in 38 states and provides therapy and wellness programs in settings such as CCRCs, Outpatient, Home Health and SNF.
As the VP Talent Acquisition you will step into a management leadership role that involves – inspiring and supporting the team of recruiters while also meeting the business and staffing needs in all business lines.
QUALIFICATIONS –
- BS degree in Business or Human Resource Management. At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience may substitute for degree requirement.
- Minimum of (10) years of professional experience in recruiting
- Minimum of (5) years supervisory experience
- Minimal travel
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategic plan, objectives and milestones to achieve business plan objectives for all business lines and corporate functions
- Serve as a strategic partner with business leaders by creating alternative staffing strategies and successful start ups
- Oversee development and implementation of the university partnership program and successful placement of students doing clinical affiliations
- Provide strategic direction and oversight on premium labor through partnerships with staffing vendors around contingent labor strategies and working with operators on PRN utilization and costs.
- Oversight and adjust hiring and interview process and practices to optimize selection process
