VP, Talent & Performance management
Reporting to Chief People Officer, the VP, Talent & Performance Management will be serving as an integral member of the People, Performance and Culture (PPC) leadership team and will possess the following leadership attributes:

Specifically, the VP, Talent & Performance Management will need to deliver on the following key priorities:

  • Talent Management – Lead the development and execution of programs that identify key talent throughout our organization, including succession planning and leadership development. Collaborate with partners to help grow, evaluate, retain, and rotate key talent across the enterprise.
  • Organizational Design and Effectiveness – Lead the creation of high-performing team structures. Consult with senior leaders to ensure structures are aligned consistent with optimal design and in support of the current and future state of the business.
  • Performance Management – Lead the annual performance management cycle and align with compensation decisioning.
  • Learning & Development – Lead the design and implementation of all learning & development programs.
  • Employee Engagement – Lead employee engagement initiatives including the annual and pulse survey cycle.

Leadership Capabilities & Experiences

  • 15 + years of diverse Human Resources experience
  • Deep talent, performance management and organizational design experience
  • Experience leading in a complex and dynamic business environment.
  • Financial acumen
