Youle Mandarin is a young and dynamic Pre-School and Primary School Mandarin Enrichment School. We specialize in Mandarin programmes for children ages 1 to 12.

• Curriculum planning and professional matters, providing inputs and perspectives, and mentoring teachers in areas of pedagogy, delivery, and use of tools and resources
• Setting the direction for parent partnership, community engagement, and talent management
• Management and optimization of centre resources
• Implementation of specific centre programs, initiatives, and events
• Handle centre administrative matters

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work on both weekend
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in a relevant industry
• Possess initiative and positive attitude and the ability to relate well with all levels of staff and students
• Mature, resourceful, detailed-oriented, self-driven, and team player
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Energetic and self-motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and exercise discretion with confidential information
