Transdev Group is looking for a V.I.E* Business Process Manager to be based in Berlin in Germany.

In Germany from 1998, Transdev is the leading private rail passenger’s operator and has helped to revitalize certain regions by deploying services that are better adapted to passengers’ needs. We operate 20 Operation & Maintenance contracts, totalizing 55 million train km for 118 million passengers per year. The fleet is composed of 472 trainsets.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s Degree with a specialization in Business Processes Management, Business IT or Lean Management

The Business Process Manager is responsible for:

• Setup and evaluate new and existing Business Processes
• Evaluation of a new BPM tool
• Develop and implement efficient and effective business processes to optimize operations and achieve strategic objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including IT, IT-Security, GDPR, and HR, to ensure alignment and integration of business processes with organizational goals and requirements.
• Lead the evaluation and selection process for a new BPM tool, assessing functionality, scalability, and compatibility with existing systems and processes.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management, incorporating relevant insights into process design and optimization efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational performance.
