What is the Position?
Drive Sustainable Transformation for Global Supply Chain to support Schneider Electric’s Sustainability Goals. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide scope coverage in sustainability, great exposure in global team.
Which missions will you lead?
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and relationships. This information is to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement in various sustainability transformations. It includes but not limited to:

Be the owner of the Global Supply Chain Sustainability Data. The global Sustainable Cockpit is a digital platform that provides an overview of all GSC Sustainable Transformations through data visualization. As the owner of the Global Supply Chain Sustainability Data, the candidate will own the Sustainable Cockpit Platform, partnering with all the transformation program leaders, to make sure it’s running stably and continuously improving based on program needs. This platform serves as a unique tool to inform all regions, functions and global teams on the Sustainable performance and trends and provides access to all layers of the organization. As the owner of the Global Sustainable Cockpit it is expected to play a crucial role which includes:

  • Strong data analytics skills and be able to interpret data accurately and make informed decisions based on the findings,
  • Have a good sense of data visualization and appealing charts to communicate complex data concisely,
  • Be familiar with various analytics tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics, to analyze and present data efficiently.
  • Data Acquisition: Data analytics often need to acquire data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and external data providers. Need to be able to understand data structures and formats to ensure accurate and complete data collection.
  • Problem-solving and be able to think critically to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Be able to work independently or as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Be able to communicate efficiently with developers, transformation program leaders and users across regions,
  • Be able to program manage complex and multiple workstreams efficiently and in high quality
  • Continuous Learning: Data analysis is an evolving field, and data analysts should be willing to learn new skills and adapt to changes in technology and methodologies.

    Be able to increase efficiency and accuracy of Sustainable Data consolidation and reporting from other platforms such as LEAP, GlobES, Sightness etc. Be able to partner with other functions and data base owners to increase sustainable data quality and governance. Be able to provide data and analytics support for Management Report and during Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Report and other performance reviews.
    Support Sustainable Performance Gap Analysis and Decision making process in order to accelerate our transformations, be able to detect possible delays or issues at early stage to propose an improvement plan.
    Qualifications:
    What are the qualifications we are looking for?
    Education: Environmental engineer, sustainable development, environmental science
    Work experience : 2 internships with experiences already is preferable
