YOUR PROFILE

The ideal candidate are currently studying BA.jur. and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies.

  • You are driven and looking for exactly that company which can offer you a student job and later maybe a permanent position in our Legal Division.
  • You’re meticulous, organized and responsible: you can take ownership of tasks and projects while seeing them through from briefing to implementation
  • You are detail-oriented and a positive can-do attitude
  • It would be a benefit if you have maritime knowledge or technical flair
  • You enjoy working in a team that has an outgoing approach towards others and to contribute to the collaboration of our colleagues.

Since our corporate language is English, you have great English skills – both written and orally.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordinating and executing tasks related to Global Compliance and supporting corporate legal functions. This includes responsibility for coordinating various internal and extern fora relevant for our business and supporting our many internal stakeholders with legal material.
  • Staying ahead of the curve of new legislation, analysing our current state and offer ideas for improvements and implementation
  • Analyse, develop, implement and maintain internal processes and policies, as well as create concrete suggestions to process improvements
  • Creation and implementation of local guidelines and on-going re-evaluation of these
  • Handling and evaluating incoming internal legal and compliance
  • Provide ad-hoc practical and administrative support to your colleague
