REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Remote work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our client’s team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates with experience working in legal/law firms are encouraged to apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including organizing files, tracking progress, and updating project documentation.
  • Research various topics as required by the team, providing summaries and analysis as needed.
  • Help with data entry tasks, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the management team to support overall operations.
