Description:
Are you an experienced appointment setter who loves variety in your schedule and can handle a multitude of tasks with a can-do attitude? Our company is growing rapidly and is in need of a remote appointment setter to provide lead management for our office. The ideal candidate will have some experience with phone sales or customer support, stellar communication skills, and a drive to hit or exceed their goals. $1,000 - $1,300 monthlyResponsibilities:
- Reaching out to new leads within 5 minutes of them coming into our CRM
- Have quality conversations with prospective home sellers that create a positive customer experience
- Having phone conversations with leads who are potentially interested in selling a property, to find out if they are qualified and meet our company criteria
- Maintaining a 70% or higher contact rate on all leads
- Setting 2-4 qualified appointments with prospective sellers every day
- Ensure that lead cadences are being followed on all un-contacted leads
- Maintain long-term follow-up on leads
- 20% minimum closing ratio on your set appointments
Qualifications:
- Conversational skills
- Organizational skills
- Works effectively with little to no direct supervision
- Quick to learn new software and technology needed to complete the job
- Speak English fluently
- Effective communication skills over the phone
