Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Remote Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates within South Africa.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
Applicant Tracking: Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.
Onboarding Support: Provide support during the onboarding process, including facilitating background checks, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.
Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

Previous experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of South African employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
