REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level English proficiency, with impeccable communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A can-do attitude towards taking on a variety of tasks, from administrative to creative.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred, with proficiency in CRM systems.
- A commitment to work M-F during Sydney business hours is a must.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE:
As the first point of contact for the aspiring entrepreneurs and retiring business owners we serve, you’ll embody the voice and ethos of SMEVentures. Stationed at the forefront, your warm, professional demeanor will ensure every caller feels valued and supported. Beyond the calls, your playground will be our CRM system, where you’ll streamline administrative processes, and even dabble in podcast editing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary receptionist, handling incoming calls with a blend of professionalism and warmth.
- Manage administrative tasks using our CRM system and other software tools to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Support marketing activities using LinkedIn and other channels.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing email and chat communications.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the success and development of new initiatives over time.
