Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Nanny & Nursing jobs.
- Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build relationships with relevant organizations to expand the candidate pool.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-quality candidates using various methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking)
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- A passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities
