Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for Nanny & Nursing jobs.
  • Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build relationships with relevant organizations to expand the candidate pool.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-quality candidates using various methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking)
  • A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • A passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities
