Description:

The Caesarstone Connect Virtual Showroom Sales & Design Consultant’s responsibility is to drive sales revenue and quoting volume of Caesarstone products through the Virtual Design Centre while providing excellent project management support and customer service for ongoing projects. Reporting to the CSC Retail Channel Manager, this position will be responsible for defined sales and quoting metrics, and supporting homeowners / designers through the coordination of the selection of Caesarstone counter tops. As a direct point of contact with customers and consumers, this fast-paced role requires an in-depth understanding of the Caesarstone Connect quoting system, strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to react quickly.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual French/English
  • Post-secondary education (college/university) an asset - Ideally: interior design experience (studying or special interest)
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices
  • Proven track record in providing effective and high-quality customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Resourceful and flexible
  • Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment
  • Thorough, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills
  • Punctual, reliable to complete tasks on timely basis
  • Excellent listening skills and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of computer programs, database, Microsoft software (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Oracle)
  • Self-motivated team player who will fit well into high-demand, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours and on weekends, if neede

Responsibilities:

  • Provide retail consultations, quotes and design layouts for customers through consultative meetings
  • Facilitate sales transactions for Caesarstone products as part of the Caesarstone Connect Retail Program
  • Manage virtual customer/consumer consultation schedule and meetings
  • Ownership of customer / consumer quoting pipeline for Caesarstone Connect virtual showroom opportunities
  • Primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service by assisting all clients in their selection of Caesarstone
  • Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional service and to manage sold projects through final installation
  • Assist customers on the showroom floor by providing product quotes and project information, design ideas, and advice as well as facilitating the delivery of any required samples.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and leads development to expand customer base
  • Collaborate with regional sales team and fabricator to communicate and align on project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with fabricators and cross-functional teams to deliver best in class service and finished product
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track
  • Respond to online inquiries and quote requests promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for large accounts, handling their needs and inquiries with care and expertise.
