Introduction: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Virtualization Engineer. The Virtualization Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing virtualization infrastructure to optimize resource utilization, enhance scalability, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, and containerization, with experience in industrial environments.

• Design, implement, and maintain virtualization infrastructure to support business-critical applications and services.
• Deploy and configure virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Optimize virtualized environments for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline virtualization deployment and management tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design virtualization solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitor virtualized environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Implement and enforce virtualization security measures, including access controls, network segmentation, and encryption.
• Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the virtualization team.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to virtualization and cloud computing.
